Natasha Litjens grew up in Adelaide, South Australia, completing her medical training at the University of Adelaide and working in a variety of medical positions, before relocating to Hobart in 2007.
Her clinical interests cover mental health, gut wellbeing, and metabolic conditions, including obesity. She enjoys bringing the whole person perspective of general practice to assist people with their health needs.
As a trained provider of Focussed Psychological Strategies, under Medicare's Better Access Mental Health Initiative, she also offers counselling sessions, with a focus on helping those experiencing significant life challenges to course a path that opens up new opportunities for them.
Away from work, Natasha enjoys gardening, bushwalking and Tasmania's great outdoors.
